There are six tabs in the VQB application dashboard:
The Quizzes tab lists your existing quizzes with notes on when they were last updated and which ones are Live
. A quiz is labelled Live
based on whether it is published and has at least five engagements in the past week (this is updated once daily). From this view, you can create a new quiz, copy and delete quizzes, edit their names, download the questions and answer options of the quiz as a CSV file and translate a quiz to one of 23 languages.
All the quiz sessions, both complete and incomplete, are recorded and displayed here. These responses are updated in real-time — complete sessions will show up immediately while incomplete sessions will show up with a lag to ensure that the quiz taker has truly abandoned the quiz. You can also search responses by email. When you click into a response, you will find all the answers provided by the quiz taker as well as a unique URL associated with that quiz taker’s result page.

This section also has a feature to download Quiz Responses / user profiles as a CSV for various date ranges. All-Time users will only display sign-up date, name, email, and opt-in, while all the other periods contain every question/answer, recommended products, opt-in, among other fields.

Further, this section allows downloading the dynamic Promo Codes CSV file. Dynamic promo codes i.e. promo codes that are unique to each customer can be set up by users on the Convert tier and above. Please find more on that here: Dynamic Discount Codes: -
The Integrations tab allows users to integrate with other popular applications and services like Klaviyo, Omnisend other CRMs, Advanced Analytics integration (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) and Zapier, providing you with the flexibility to expand your store's capabilities and connect with your preferred tools easily.
Furthermore, from this tab, under Shopify, you can:
Embed VQB
: Required to publish full screen and pop up quizzes that can be accessed from any page on your store with a quiz identifier that looks like “#finder-quiz-xxxx”Manually sync products
: If your store has fewer than 500 products, you may use this button to sync your store (e.g. updates to products, variants, collections, metafields, etc) with Visual Quiz Builder real time (instead of the regular process where store updates join a queue). This is useful when you are working on your quiz while making store updates.
