The AI Shopping Agent is an AI-powered shopping assistant that helps shoppers discover products through a conversational chat experience on your Shopify store.

With the Shopping Agent, you can:

• Customize its personality and appearance.
• Control how products are recommended.
• Capture customer information during conversations that sync with Shopify customer profiles and Klaviyo.
• Get engagement and conversion analytics on the VQB dashboard, converse with the data using ChatGPT / Claude and integrate the agent with GA and Meta Pixel similar to quizzes.

Create Your First Shopping Agent

This guide walks you through every setting you need to create your first AI Shopping Agent.

Step 1 – Open the Agents Page

From the left sidebar, navigate to Agents.

From here, you can:

• Create new Shopping Agents.
• Edit existing agents.
• Activate an agent.
• Monitor your agent status.
